We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a local, dedicated position based in the Harrisonville, MO area. This role offers daily home time, consistent freight, and steady weekly earnings.

Drivers will run local, round-trip routes within the Kansas City metro area, operating in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

What You’ll Do

• Run local round-trip routes in the Kansas City metro area
• Haul no-touch freight (live unload + drop & hook)
• Operate within a slip seat program
• Handle consistent freight with short-haul opportunities

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,200
• Mileage Pay: Starting around $0.49 CPM (up to $0.60 CPM based on experience)
• Weekly Miles: ~1,600 – 1,700

Additional Pay:

• $25 – Short haul (under 50 miles)
• $10 – First stop / $15 each additional stop
• Performance bonus available

Home Time & Schedule

• Home daily
• Night shift only
• Weekend and holiday work required
• 24/7 operation

Equipment & Operation

• Dry van & reefer trailers
• Slip seat operation (shared trucks)
• Local dedicated routes

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Open to trainees and experienced drivers
• Must live within 50 miles of Harrisonville, MO (64701)
• Must have reliable transportation to/from terminal
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Additional Notes

• Local training may require temporary OTR/regional travel during onboarding
• Dress code applies (safety-focused attire required)
