We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional position based in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers consistent freight, steady weekly pay, and frequent home time, making it a great option for drivers looking for balance and reliability.

Drivers will operate within the Western region, handling dedicated freight with predictable routes and steady work volume.

What You’ll Do

• Run regional routes across AZ, CA, NV, and UT
• Deliver freight within the Phoenix metro area and surrounding regions
• Handle preloaded freight with unload assist (tailgate deliveries using roll carts)
• Average ~1,800 miles per week

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400
• Mileage Pay: $0.60 CPM

Additional Pay:

• $100 per unload
• $25 per stop

Home Time & Schedule

• Home multiple times per week
• Day and night shifts available
• Weekend and holiday work as needed

Equipment & Operation

• Dry van freight
• Preloaded trailers
• Tailgate deliveries using liftgate and roll carts

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Open to trainees and experienced drivers
• No endorsements required
• Must live within 70 miles of Phoenix, AZ (85340)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
