We are currently hiring Class A CDL Drivers for over-the-road (OTR) opportunities with consistent miles and flexible driver options.

This position offers dry van freight, steady routes, and opportunities for both solo and team drivers.

Drivers can choose from company driver roles, owner operator opportunities, or lease purchase options depending on experience and career goals.

What You’ll Do

• Run OTR routes nationwide with consistent miles
• Haul no-touch dry van freight (70% drop & hook)
• Operate modern sleeper trucks on long-haul routes
• Maintain safe and efficient driving practices

Pay & Compensation

• Solo Drivers: $1,000 – $1,200 per week
• Team Drivers: $1,650/week per driver
• Average Miles: 2,500+ (solo) / 5,500+ (teams)

Bonus Opportunities:

• Monthly performance bonuses (solo & team)
• Referral bonus: up to $1,500

Home Time & Schedule

• Out 1–2 weeks at a time
• Weekly 34-hour reset (typically weekends)
• Flexible scheduling depending on route

Equipment & Operation

• Late-model Freightliner sleeper trucks (automatic)
• Qualcomm ELD system
• Fuel card provided
• Dry van freight with high drop & hook percentage

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Open to experienced drivers and teams
• Owner operators and lease purchase drivers welcome
• Some routes may require additional endorsements
