We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a Texas-based dry van operation serving Houston, San Antonio, and surrounding South Texas markets.

This opportunity offers average weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,300, weekly home time, no-touch freight, and a minimum daily pay structure with additional earning opportunities.

Drivers transport dry van freight throughout Texas, completing assigned pickups and deliveries on a rotating schedule.

This is a Texas-only operation, allowing drivers to remain within the state rather than travel on nationwide OTR routes.

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,300
• Minimum Daily Pay: $220 per qualifying day
• Stop Pay: $15 per qualifying stop
• Additional mileage-based performance bonus opportunities
• Approximately 1,700–2,000 miles per week
• Initial pay guarantee described as applying for three months after the first solo dispatch, subject to confirmation of eligibility and terms

No-touch freight means drivers are not expected to manually load or unload freight. Live loading and unloading appointments may still require waiting at customer facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer throughout assigned Texas routes.
• Transport dry van freight between customer locations and distribution facilities.
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic driving logs and required paperwork.
• Follow DOT hours-of-service regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding load status and delays.
• Complete live-load, live-unload, and drop-and-hook assignments.
• Maintain safe driving practices.
• Follow company transportation and safety procedures.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of qualifying tractor-trailer driving experience, subject to final account verification
• Must meet applicable DOT and company safety qualifications
• Must be eligible to operate as a solo company driver
• Must be available for day and night driving assignments
• Must be willing to work weekends and some holidays
• Must meet applicable driving record and background requirements
• Must reside within an approved Texas hiring area

HazMat endorsement is preferred but is not listed as mandatory in the detailed account profile.
